I want to bake some chicken, but I don't have any aluminium foil, what will happen If I don't use any?!

Question: I want to bake some chicken, but I don't have any aluminium foil, what will happen If I don't use any?
hi, so i want to bake some chicken, unfortunately i don't have any aluminum foil right now, and the supermarket is far away from my house, so I was wondering, I have a recipient which is oven safe, however, my concern is, will my chicken be ruined or something, if I bake the chicken with no aluminum foil at all? thank you for your time.

Answers:

the foil just helps the chicken stay moist.... without the foil just add water or chicken stock to the pan do the chicken will stay moist drop the temp of the oven down 10 degrees and you might want to baste the meat half way threw with the juice and always cook on the middle rack because of the top and bottom elements

Not having aluminum foil won't ruin baked chicken, it just makes clean up easier to use the foil. I've baked chicken both with and without foil and the only difference is the time it takes to clean up afterward.

i NEVER bake my chicken in aluminum foil. It's really bad because aluminum causes Alzheimer's disease. So instead i bake it in parchment paper.

lack of foil will not ruin your chicken. Clean up will just be a little mre difficult. Grease the pan well to make sure the chicken does not stick.

You don't have to use foil, I rarely do. Just cook on the middle rack with a little water in the tray.

Huh? I wasn't aware that aluminum foil was a requirement to bake chicken. All these years I've been doing it wrong....
