Some recipes for a simple chicken dinner?!

Question: Some recipes for a simple chicken dinner?
I'm defrosting some chicken breasts right now and I'm wondering if you have any simple recipes you can throw my way. I don't have much to work with, so the less ingredients the better.

Answers:

You could cut the breasts into strips and bread them and fry them.

In a nice pan I would put a can of tomatoes, onions/green pepper/ mushrooms/celery (if I had them), garlic sage and a touch of salsa, put the breasts on top and steam for 30 minuets. Then add cup of water and rice OR in another pan cook noodles. When done stir a little cheese in and put the breasts on top of rice of noodles. Oh, and make a small salad while the chicken is cooking. a 30 minute meal

cut up some potatoes, and whatever veggies you have with it, and get some tin foil, and make a hobo dinner with it..wrap your chicken, potatoes and veggies, say mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, what ever you have, and add a tablespoon of butter, and salt and pepper to it, and wrap it all up individual, dinner size in a square of tin foil, and bake in the oven for about 40 min. at around 400 degrees, and check and you might want to cook another 10 if you are not sure, do it anyways, to make sure it is done enough to eat..k? and if you have a can of 'whomp' biscuits to bake with it, you have a meal..or bisquick drop biscuits can be made, and butter ..what ever leftover dinner's you have for lunch or dinner the next day, and can just reheat..

Add a can of any type of cream soup such as mushroom, brocolli, cover with foil paper and bake in oven. It's always nice to serve with baked potato and side of vegetable.

just mix ketchup with mayonnaise and put on both sides flavored bread crumbs and let it bake on 350 for about an hour its Delicious

make chicken and noodles or rice
