What dishes can I make with truffle oil?!

Question: What dishes can I make with truffle oil?
There's this girl in my apartment who really loves truffles in food. And I gotta make something for her to eat. I would love it if anyone could provide working recipes for truffled foods (Oh, and she doesn't like seafood). Soups, steaks, anything will do! Thanks!

Answers:

The best use for truffle oil is summed up in one word — drizzle. It is drizzled over mashed potatoes, slices of fresh bread, risottos, frittatas, foccacia and pizzas, asparagus, bowls of pasta, fancy salads (preferably including scallops), thick soups, and mushroom ragus and sauces. Beyond the drizzle, it is used (sparingly) to make vinaigrettes for fancy salads or other vegetable dishes. Finally, once you get a handle on the taste, experiment by adding a little truffle oil to some of your favorite dishes. You may well find that the best use for your oil is one of your own creations.

Truffle mashed potatoes are good
U could dip a nice bagett in it
Grill a ribeye steak and right before serving brush with oil
Pasta tossed with vegetables sauteed in oil is good top with a grilled chicken best and some pecarino romano and fresh basil ...yum

make french fries and add truffle oil to them in a bowl... toss and serve they are really really good just remember not to add to much oil as it is over-powering
