I laid some boneless pork chops out to thaw, when I got home they were room temperature - are they safe?!
I laid them out (they were frozen solid) at 8:15am, the house was about 76 degrees, and I got home at 4pm and they were room temperature - uncooked.

i would agree.. they should be fine but i would thaw them in the fridge from now on..
no worries about if they are safe or not if they are thawed in the fridge, just take them out the night before and they should be thawed by supper time
They are safe, although it would still be very wise to make sure to rinse them thoroughly with hot water, as this will help get some bacteria off of them. But other than that, they're ready to be cooked and (hopefully) be delicious!
Me.
yeah they should be fine. You can smell them too, if they smell funny then no. But usually it should be good.
I would eat them thay should be fine ...the government says u can only leave food out for 4 hrs total time for food establishements ...along as thay are not discoloured, sticky or smell off eat them
No, I would toss. You should not thaw at room temp. Do you thaw at room temp often?? Always thaw in the frig.
As long as they were covered and hadn't been in the direct sunlight they will be fine.
I would still use them...they are best when cooked at room temp anyway...be sure to let them rest, tented under foil before cutting into them. Rest about 10-15 minutes
