What are some pros on how subways healthy?!


Question: What are some pros on how subways healthy?
For my persuasive eassay I need Pros on this not Cons!

Answers:

- Ingredients are fresh (bread is baked onsite, on a daily basis)
- There are whole wheat and low fat options for breads, sauces, cheese & meat
- The customer makes their own sandwhich so they control what goes in it as opposed to fast food restaurants who make the decisions for you
- Nothing is cooked in oil



They remove the egg yolks from their egg breakfast items. That is the most nutritious part of the egg. Egg whites are nutritionally void. Also, they are not healthy for the planet. They use way too much packaging for their sandwiches. Jimmy Johns packages theirs in one sheet of paper whether it is for here or to go. Though bags were invented to make carrying many things easier, Subway puts each sandwich in its own plastic bag, in addition to all that paper they wrap them in. They must be on a mission to bury our planet in plastic bags and suffocate us.



Low in bad fats if you don't add cheese or certain condiments.
Lots of nutrients from vegetables if you choose to add them.
Unfortunately, very high in sodium and in carbs, too.



people have their own personal options on what foods they want, and all of them are healthy with lots of nutritional value.. maybe ask a subway store, i'm sure they can tell you a lot more!



Nothing is deep fried, lots of veggies, whole wheat is an option... I love subway :)
