Hummus-
1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, liquid reserved (use 1/4 to 1/2 cup)
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Tahiti
2 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cumin
black pepper to taste
1. In a blender, chop the garlic. Add all ingredients. Blend until creamy and well mixed.
2. Transfer the mixture to a medium serving bowl.
u can make garlic bread its really easy
1. get a baguette bread
2. cut it
3. put butter on it
4. grate some garlic and put it on the bread
5. rap the baguette around with foil
6. put it in the oven at gas mark 6
7. take it out after 10-15 mins
You can add very thinly sliced pieces on top of a salad, very tasty.
