Craving Sausage and Sauerkraut with gravy...?!

Question: Craving Sausage and Sauerkraut with gravy...?
I am craving turkey sausage with sauerkraut, potatoes, carrots and onions but this time it sounds good with some added gravy. I looked it up on line but couldn't find a name for this... is there an official name for this so I can find a good recipe?
