pizza hut wings recipe?!

Question: Pizza hut wings recipe?
Does anybody know the recipe for the wings from pizza hut? If so can you tell me?

Answers:

You will need to fry the wings first. Then toss them in the sauce of your choice.

Pizza Hut doesn't coat their wings in any breading or batter, so, to prepare the wings you just need to fry them in hot oil, for 10-12 minutes, until crispy, and lightly browned.

You will need a 3 quart saucepan filled with oil, to 1 inch depth, and heated to 350 degrees Farenheit. Fry 12-15 wings in 2 batches, turning once, for about 10-12 minutes.

For the sauces-

Mild-
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Medium-
1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon paprika
2 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Toss your hot cooked wings into either of the sauces, and serve with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing on the side.

I specified Frank's sauce, over other brands because Frank's will give you the most accurate flavour duplication of Pizza Hut's WingStreet wings

They come in bags in cases to be kept in the walk-in fridge. They're already pre-seasoned and cooked. PH just pops them on a tray and sends them through the pizza oven to heat up.
