How do you cook corned brisket?!

Question: How do you cook corned brisket?
Answers:

Most packages of brisket have the cooking instructions on them. So the next time you're in the grocery store, check the package.
Corned brisket is boiled. Most cookbooks have recipe for herbs and spices to add. I also add one apple and one onion to water, discard apple and onion when done.
Place the corned beef fat side up in a large pot, add some coarsly-chopped onion, carrot and celery(or any flavorings you like). Add water to cover the brisket by about one inch. I like to add one bottle of dark beer or stout. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 3 hours.
I first sear the fat side in a skillet then place it in a roasting pan, add one cup of water and any kind of seasoning you like, even BBQ sauce. Cover tightly and roast in the oven at 225 degrees for 3 to 4 hours and it will melt in your mouth.

It depends on what you mean. Granted, they are basically the same cut of meat, but a corned beef has been brined and a brisket hasn't. If you're making brisket, assuming you're a beginner there's one bullet proof way that can't fail. Put your brisket in a roasting pan with a couple of cans of whole new potatoes and a bottle of Soy Vay(I prefer the island teriyaki flavor). Put on the lid and cook at 280F for 4hrs. flip it over after 3.

If you're making corned beef, put it in a large stock pot (large enough so liquid can completely cover meat by at least 2 inches). Add pickling spice+1 bay leaf. ADD AT LEAST ONE PINT OF GUINESS! (2 is better) then cover the rest of the way with water and boil for 1-2 hrs. then lower to a high simmer/low boil. If you want to add carrots, potatoes, and cabbage, now is the time to do it. Keep simmering until tender(30-90minutes depending on size/quality).

I cook mine in a crock pot over night at least 10 to 12 hours. I use enough water just to cover it and appky the lid and leave it. Most come with a seasoning packet of spices which is all I ever use. You can vary the cooking time with how tenderr you wasn't it. I like my real tender with lots of cabbage.

Use 1 cup of fried butter and mix it with liquid salt. The put it in the oven, do the macarenna 15 times. Take it out, do a bag flip, a frond flip and touch your nose using your elbow. Hit your head with a frying pan, kick a black guy, kill Justin beiber and voila!!! :)
