Which is a healthier way to cook eggs and why?!

Question: Which is a healthier way to cook eggs and why?
Boiling or Poaching?

Answers:

They're the same health wise . Here's a tip though poach fresh eggs and boil older ones , it just works better that way .

4 minute boiled egg on whole wheat toast. Just sprinkle a little cheese with tomato. For a little extra are jalepeno peppers or hot carrots to spice it up. A touch of sea salt has less sodium and tastes better. If you like over easy you spray on Pam with a non stick pan. for boiled put eggs in cold water before turning on heat. when eggs start to boil that is when you start timing 3-4 minutes. 3 minutes for small eggs and 4 minutes with large eggs.

They are both equally as healthy, so really it's a matter of preference. I prefer mine boiled.

Both are equally healthy.

As everybody says poach or boiled no fat or nasties. cook away!

Way is more refined than it is healthier, imho

poached and boiled cos its cooked!

neither way adds any fat or calories, so it's a tie
