How many grams of yeast is 2 teaspoons?!

Question: How many grams of yeast is 2 teaspoons?
Making pizza dough and it calls for that amount but the package comes in grams

Answers:

A typical package of yeast is 2 1/4 teaspoons. No need to measure it. If you have an 8g package of yeast it is 2 1/4 teaspoons.

Some brands have changed the packaging and the quantities are different. They are coming in 7g packages which is 2 teaspoons. Just check and make sure what the package contains.

Something is wrong with your recipe, because 1 tablespoon of yeast weights 12 grams and I use 2 tablespoons in my pizza dough. Anyway, I would say it is 6 grams.

I think about 9 grams
