i need an idea for a dessert please?!

Question: I need an idea for a dessert please?
I am making my brother and his roomates an awesome dinner. My own variation of surf n turf with crab toast, asparagus, and potatoes as sides and bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops as appetizers. I am completely stumped however on what to make for dessert. It has to be something kind of simple because he is a college boy so his appartment only has pans or pots to cook in. he does have glass casserole dishes i can cook in too. i was trying to do something tangy or fruity to go along with all the seafood. any ideas would be great. recipes would be too. thank you.

Strawberry jello cake:) if you've never had it, it's white cake with holes poked in it with straberry jello mix poured over and cool whip on top. It's very yummy, easy, and light. You can find the recipe if you put "jello cake recipe" in a search engine.

Fruit and chocolate fondue?:)

cheesecake
