What kind of pans can you bake an angel food cake in?!

Question: What kind of pans can you bake an angel food cake in?

I'm tired of the classic angel food cake pan. What about a muffin tin -- regular or Texas size?

I have baked angel food cake in a sheet cake pan. Just remember to turn it on it's side to cool so it doesn't steam. I laid it on it's side in the pan and propped it up with a pot holder against my toaster oven. The steam escaped perfectly.

I used it for a nice Trifle.
