Other than cheese, what can I put in ravioli?!

Question: Other than cheese, what can I put in ravioli?
I don't have any ricotta cheese and I don't have a means to get to the store right now. So, what are some things that I can put inside home made ravioli? Thank you!

Answers:

well traditional would be a pork sausage or some seafood filling (like lobster or crab), on the cheaper and lighter side you could cook up some mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, and basil. blend those up into a kind of chutney constancy and used that as a filling.

I love mushroom ravioli, mixes real well with a light cream or pesto sauce!
