Can I use vanilla soymilk instead of milk?!

Question: Can I use vanilla soymilk instead of milk?
I am making blueberry muffins, and I'm out of milk! I do have vanilla soymilk, could I use that instead and not use vanilla extract?

Answers:

well, its best not to use it because it might probably weaken the taste by not putting in the right ingredient, it would be best just to buy another carton of milk instead of ruining the whole thing

I think you'd be fine with the soymilk and maybe just a drip of vanilla. If you happen to have plain yogurt, you could probably substitute that too

You can, but be mindful that they'll be sweeter, and not as tender.
