Question: What can i do with 24 pounds of strawberries?
Answers:

Lay the strawberries on a baking sheet and place in the freezer. Once they are frozen place in a zip top bag and keep in the freezer for future use.
Great for sauces, jelly, jam, shortcake any number of uses. Just thaw in the refrigerator over night. They will be very juicy once thawed. Best used if cooking or mashing will be done.
Add the frozen strawberries directly to your blender with other fruits and yogurt for a smoothie.

You can place them in a dehydrator and dry them. Slice in half to make drying faster. Rehydrate using hot water but dried they are great to add to cake batter, cookie dough, mix into ice cream, make a trail mix ,add to cereal, hot or cook into oatmeal, or just munch on.

Him Haw, that's a lot of strawberries. Besides the ones your currently eating, I would use most of them and make sam before they start to spoil, I agree you can also freeze some with some sugar sprinkled over them. Pancakes for breakfast with whipped butter, real maple syrup, whipped cream and strawberries would go down well right now.

Chocolate dipped strawberries
Strawberry pie
Strawberry shortcake

Mash the strawberries and add sugar. Freeze them in containers for ice cream toppings.

You could also make some pie crust. Break the crust up and pour the mashed strawberries over the top of the crust for a nice variation to shortcake.

Make some jam.
