Hi. You have to buy cooking recipes.



Take the pieces of chicken and marinade in a dip in marinade for about 30 minutes, then skewer and cook over the embers of a wood fire until done.

You could wrap in a large cabbage leaf with pepper and a small knob of butter, a shot of lemon juice and soem fresh basil, wrap the leaf containing your chicken in foil, coat in some fresh mud and place in the red hot embers of a wood fire to cook, leave for about an hour to cook before you remove from the fire, crack open the mud, unwrap the foil and serve in the cabbage leaf with some salad and freshly baked hot bread and butter.



If you are trying to say that you want it like a roast chicken then i would
cook this lemon chicken very tasty and something that i love to make at home. PLUS adding white wine instead of beer or red just compliments the meat.

*butter , for greasing
* 1.6kg chicken
* 1kg roasting potatoes , halved or quartered if large
* 2 whole garlic heads, halved through the middle
* 100ml white wine
* 100ml chicken stock
* 2 stems rosemary , broken into sprigs
* 6 bay leaves
* 1 lemon , cut into wedges
one and onion as well

Method
1.cook potatoes on a high heat. Heat oven to 160C/fan 140C/gas 3. Brush a large roasting tin all over with butter and smear some over the skin of the chicken.(do not be soft with the butter) sprinkle Rosemary over the top.
2. Place the chicken in the tin and arrange the potatoes around it. Put the halved garlic heads in the tin, pour over the white wine and stock also add the onion halved in bum and also add half the lemon to the outside and half of the lemon also in its bum, then cover with foil and place in the oven. Cook for 1 hr then remove the foil and give the potatoes a shake. Add the herbs then cook uncovered for 50 Min's.
3. Turn the heat up to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Cook for 30 Min's more, then remove the chicken and potatoes from the pan. Cover the chicken loosely with foil and leave to rest on a plate for at least 10 Min's before carving. Keep the potatoes warm. Serve with any pan juices or make a gravy with flour, 1 oxo and butter. Breast- BBQ chicken
1. cut it into strips , then coat in BBQ and or BBQ seasoning
2. Fry, so that it is sticky and Lovely
3. Eat with fingers

Leg- medium hot legs
1. get some olive oil and butter, then add about 1 tablespoon of medium curry powder. Also add some Worcestershire sauce (if you have any) then coat chicken in these.
2. Cook in the oven for about 45 minutes on gas mark 5 375 F 190C


Wings and Thighs
1. Melt some sugar in with some soy sauce. Then add the chicken and coat.(chilli's would go nice with this as well)
2. Put in the oven for about 35Min's on about gas mark 5. 375F 190C
