Does anyone have the recipe for Fanny Cradock's Seasoned Flour?!
Exceptionally good recipe but lost the book - I think it was a BBC Publication, Home Cooking

Hi Angela, Seasoned flour is usually just the addition of salt and pepper, however you could add most dried spices sweet or savoury depending on your taste or recipe. eg sugar for pancakes or curry or chilli powder for coating chicken etc. i hope this helps,all the best. Rab
