Hi jenna ,I can help you a little
1lt. = 3/4 pint
32 g. = 1oz so 150 g. would be 5oz.
the rest you can work out, its not rocket science

read the other side of your measuring cups!!! the metric measurements are on one side and Old English measurements on the other side.
