Question: How do you make Sira?
I'm referring to the Turkish slightly fermented non-alcoholic drink. I would love a recipe for it!

Ingredients:
2 kg of grapes
1 cup of sugar

Directions:
Wash and de-stem the grapes. Put the grapes through a juice strainer. You may use a big spoon to help push the juice out of the grapes. Add hot water(the amount of water should be equal to the amount of juice you got). Then leave it for 1 day for it to be fermented. The next day pour it through cheesecloth, add sugar and stir. Serve it cold.
