Valentine's Dinner for two?!

Question: Valentine's Dinner for two?
Ok, so my boyfriend and I decided we're going to stay in and cook dinner together the day before Valentines. He told me to make the decisions and I was wondering if anyone had any great recipes? Appetizers, Entree, and Desert? Here's the catch - NO SEAFOOD! Yuck! Or mushrooms. (Je deteste les champignons) So yeah, any delicious recipes? Cheesy foods are great... :) THANK YOU!

I'm not sure if you have ever had Bruschetta, but it's a really easy appetizer to make! only takes about 5 minutes! And its fresh, and tastes fantastic! Things you will need; Basil, fresh tomato, fresh garlic, onion, mozzarella, Sliced French Bread (to desired thickness), Butter
Directions: Dice tomato, and mince the onion. Toss in skillet on low heat. If you like garlic add a whole clove in, if not as much, cut a clove in half, and use a garlic press to put in the garlic with the tomato and onion mixture. (If you don't have a garlic press, smash the garlic with the straight edge of the knife using the palm of your hand.) Heat up tomato, onion and garlic mixture till hot, transfer to a bowl. Then add Butter to the skillet, and add sliced French bread to the skillet until the bread becomes golden brown. Top with the Tomato mixture, and shredded Mozzarella, dress with olive oil if you like:)

Looove Bruschetta!
