how to bake boneless skinless chicken breast ?!
My mom has been working hard this week so i decided to cook dinner for us. I already have a recipe i just need to know how to cook it. i would ask her but i want it to be a surprise. all i want to use is salt and pepper and oil to cook it so i dont overpower the rest of the dish. i want to bake it but what temperature and for how long should i cook it ? thank you so much in advance (:

Roast for about 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven in a glass baking dish. The internal temperature should be 160.

I would bake it at 350 and not sure how long I just cook it until it's done but don't burn it...
