Peach Cobbler Question For Experienced Cooks :)?!
I'm going to try to make my 1st peach cobbler & have a quick question. I'm using Paula Dean's recipe.
*** what condition should my peaches be in? Very ripe or does it even matter since I'll cook them anyway?

The riper they are the sweeter they`ll be. Over ripe is okay, under ripe will cook up ok but might not be as sweet as you want.
