Question: How do I make wings like Wings to Go? they are so good! they just fall off the bone and they are not rubbery!!?
I'm having a superbowl party and I want to make some awesome unrubberry yummy wings just like theirs!! someone help me!!

The way in which those wings are prepared is that they are cooked as normal, and then simmered on a slow heat in some sauce. Try putting your wings in the crock pot after you prepare them with a small amount of liquid and set the crock to low.

The moisture from the crock pot will permeate the meat and they will be tender, not rubbery.



I use to make honey mustard wings a lot and never had a problem with them being rubbery...I would make my sauce and put the chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce all over them..bake until tender... almost to where the meat falls off...Very tasteeeeee....

I guess you could do that in the crock pot..however....in the oven they get browned...in a crock pot they wouldn't get that nice color...

When I baked them I started them out at 400 for 30 minutes or so...then turned down to 325 and baked them until done...maybe 350...
