I love chili especially hot dog chili, but recently I have being trying many different hot cat chili. I feel that their meat is a lot finer than dog chili, it is actually so delicious. So I recommend you try some of this delicious chili.

Smokin' Chewbaccy Chili
1 cup of molasses
3 pounds ground beef
1 can of Goya adobo
1 Chopped red onion
1 chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup brown sugar
Tobacco from a pack of non menthol cigarettes
2 quarts of ketchup
Saute ground beef, onions, brown sugar, adobo and kechup until ground beef is cooked. Peel the cigarettes and sprinkle only the tobacco on top and mix well. place the entire contents in a crock pot and cover with a thin layer of ketchup. Simmer on low for approximately 2 hours. Dole out into bread bowls or serve with hot dogs or hamburgers and have at it
This Hot Dog Chili recipe is similar to the Chili served in the old Drive-In's that were across the south in the past. It has a great flavor that works great on Hot Dogs and just as good on a Chili-Cheeseburger. It can be made in large batches and frozen for later use.

Instructions.Things You'll Need:
2 Lb Ground Chuck
2 Quarts plus 2 Cups Water
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
4 Tablespoons Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Place ground chuck in large pot and add 2 quarts water. Mix until all large lumps of ground chuck have been broken down and bring mixture to a boil. Allow to boil until ground chuck is cooked thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and drain off all the water.

Return ground chuck to pot, add 2 Cups water and all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for a minimum of 1 1/2 hours. The longer you allow it to simmer, the better the flavors will combine.

Use a slotted spoon to remove chili and drain off excessive liquid.
