Does anybody have this recipe?!

Question: Does anybody have this recipe?
Ok, I have been making an awesome mexican chicken dip and I have misplaced my recipe for it and I want to make for the super bowl gathering I am going to. I have torn up my house looking for darn thing. Anyhow, i got the recipe from a lady who brought to a party i went to at a friend's house so i really have no way to contact her for it. I know what it is in it. I just can't remember how much of each item. It consists of the following:
canned chicken
mexican cheese
ranch dressing
red hot sauce (such as frank's)
I also think it may have cream cheese in it

Does anybody have this recipe? if so can you please post it for me. Thank you. :o)

Buffalo Wing Sauce 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese 2 (9.75 ounce) cans Swanson? Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained Assorted fresh vegetables or crackers
Directions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbly. Stir before serving. Serve with the vegetables and crackers for dipping.
Footnotes
