can be used as a substitute for spinach or kale if stems are removed will do as a substitute in lasagna
It can be used as a substitute for spinach, collard geens. But it needs to be cooked.
Creamed, or sauted with garlic and/or onions. You can even use bacon or ham to make it into a light meal.
