eggs and milk

I know protein powder is kind of expensive, but I buy 100% Whey Protein from the natural foods section of my grocery store. It only costs about $20 for a jug and it seems to last quite a while. If you figure out how many shakes you can use per tub I'm sure it doesn't cost too much per shake.

I got a great recipe that I use (only 4 ingredients):
1 cup skim milk (I use organic milk)
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp. 100% Real Maple Syrup (I would not substitute regular syrup, it is filled with junk)
20 oz. (or 1 scoop) of Whey Protein Powder (I usually use a little more)
Blend it all up for about 30 seconds or so, it's amazing!!

Add a couple ice cubes if you don't have a frozen banana ready, and if you don't drink milk, use rice or almond milk or something instead. You can try different fruit as well, but the banana tastes best to me so far!

TruthAboutAbs.com, I modified the recipe a little to make it my own

Concentrated protein, which comes in powder!

Well how do you expect to make a protein shake?

Maybe you need to meditate on your question, for some reason it doesn't seem to make logical sense!

Here are commonly found food items found in the home that supply Proteins, make Whatever

Beef, fish, pork, chicken, and any other meats are very high in protein. Eggs, milk, cheese, and other dairy are high protein as well. Dry beans (like garbanzos or pintos), soy, seeds, and nuts also have a fair amount of protein.

Well since you're interested in protein you can just bust one in a cup and drink that.

Money is not grave... Quit making money!
