Can I use beer batter to deep fry shrimp?!
My beer batter mix says its for fish, but I was wondering if I can use it for shrimp? I've used it for fish many times, I was thinking of doing something different and I have some shrimp so, I though it would be a nice change. Can I do that?

Butterfly 'em, lightly dust 'em in flour or dry beer batter mix first then fry away. They will be delish.
