Any good crock pot recipes?!
Answers:
Put a whole chicken in the pot (take out any giblets etc if there's a bag of those inside!)
Open a jar of your favorite salsa and pour it over the chicken.
Put the lid on the pot and set it on low; let it cook all day.
The meat will be so tender it will be literally falling off the bones, and wonderfully flavored.
For an easy way of serving, just provide tortillas to wrap the meat up in.

Slow cooker pulled pork
It’s not real barbecue, but it is real easy and really good
Ingredients
For the rub:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup smoked paprika
5 tablespoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon onion powder
5 tablespoon chipotle powder
5 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
5 lbs Boston butt pork roast
1 large onion quartered
5 cloves of garlic crushed
1 cup red wine vinegar
Chicken stock in a box
Method
Combine the ingredients for the rub in a bowl or in a jar and combine thoroughly. Cut 1 inch wide and 1 inch deep slits in the roast with a chef’s knife. Rub meat down with rub ensuring some gets in the slits.
Place the rubbed roast in a slow cooker and add the onion, garlic and vinegar and enough chicken stock to just cover the roast. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours. Take the roast out of the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Serve on buns with favorite barbecue sauce and cole slaw.

My parents usually just throw potatoes, carrots and a random type of meat in the crock pot before they leave fOr work. They season how ever they please and then it is ready when they get home
