How to fry tofu? How to store leaves?!

Question: How to fry tofu? How to store leaves?
I used quarter cup for 340 grams , one box, but the tofu didn't fry evenly.

Also. Another question; how to keep leafy veggies fresher longer? Can I just wash the portions I need instead of washing all the vegetable bunch? I think this cuts my chores a bit when I come back from the grocery. Busy mom.

I suppose for the leafy veggies, keep the leaves on, and try to store it perhaps in clean sealed containers. Only wash them when you need them!

For tofu, it is usually best to cut it into pieces, as small or as large as you like. Then place on a tea-towel to dry the tofu a bit, just enough to remove excess water and keep it dry. Then throw it in the pan on medium heat. DO NOT USE OIL. That is the best way to cook it, it will actually cook well that way.

No clue on the tofu. If you pre-wash lettuces, etc., shake out or dry on towels, wrap in paper towels and store in plastic bags.
