What should I put in my crepes tonight? Do you have a fresh idea?!

Question: What should I put in my crepes tonight? Do you have a fresh idea?
(Savory crepes by the way) I am out of homeade stock, but have some store bought (yikes). So should I use that or milk? Should I put fresh herbs in the batter? I was thinking about a ham/cheese mousseline spread flat and stacked high, but how many? Also I could do the egg in the center and fold 4 corners, but what under the egg? Thanks for ideas!!!

CREAMED SHRIMP

Take some peel and eat shrimp follow directions on the package. Next take 8 Tablespoons margarine and melt in a saucepan slowly add 8 Tablespoons of flour and mix until smooth. Add 4 cups of milk and bring to a little boil, reduce heat and add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and add your shrimp. To complete your meal serve with a nice salad or cole slaw.

If you want to stack them to cut in wedges like a layer cake you could spread ricotta mixed with chopped sun dried tomatoes and pesto. If you want to roll them, chopped ham and finely chopped spinach in a bechamel sauce make a nice filling.

Well, if you go with the egg, maybe you could try spreading soft cream cheese underneath and sprinkle with fresh herbs like parsley?

You're way ahead of me, Sweetie. I've only done some dessert crepes.

spinach, artichoke, chicken and cheese???

healthy and sounded good to me...lol
