Question: Does anybody have a caramelcorn recipe using the following ingrdients?
Butter
Brown Sugar
Corn Syrup
Baking Soda
Lecithin (optional)
popped pop corn

I used to work at a company called KarmelKorn (big in malls in the 70's and 80's) and I made lots of KarmelKorn over a 5 year period. I remember what went into the recipe but not the proportions. Does anybody have a recipe that uses the above ingredients.
