Yorkshire puddings? I would leave the sugar out personally and add a little salt instead.

egg custards: whisk the egg white + sugar ==> fluffy
add egg yoke -- one at a time
add milk -- mix until well mix
place them on to some moulds/ cups
before baking sprinking some sugar on top of the custards
then baked in the oven.

pancake: whisk eggs + sugar + milk ==>batter
add flour -- mix evenly by scrapping down the bowl as well
place them on the preheated oil/ butter greased pan and cooked until golden
brown.

Pancakes, Waffles, Cake, muffins (pre made mix or something)....

And if you're using pre-made mix for pancakes, it doesn't ask for baking powder or soda

Sorry, Crepes have butter and pancakes have baking powder and baking soda.....
