Question: Could i cook chicken strips by dipping them in mayo then bread crumbs and frying them?
i know it would be fattning , i dont care

Answers:

Yes you can. Add a little horseradish to the mayo! Yummy!

Yes you can, but an even better way is to dip in mayo, then bread crumbs & bake in the oven instead of frying them. You can also dip in mayo, then cover with parmesan cheese and then bake - this is how I do them & they are wonderful!

Haven't done it but this would be my worry

Mayo is very fatty. Fat does not stick. So, when you cover the mayo with bread and deep fry, I would be concerned that the fat would melt and the crumbs would fall off. Admittedly just a theory

AMAZING! Is that what you want? http://givingagift.info/30824/bread-crumbs

Try that recipe, but instead of frying, coat a baking sheet with a little oil and bake in the oven at 375 degrees for approx. 25 min.

Coat them in flour first, then mayo, then the seasoned bread crumbs. W/O the flour everything will not adhere to the chicken.

Sure, but add some seasonings or it'll be bland. Try mixing the mayo with dijon, too.
