i put pulled pork in slow cooker but it seems to be a little dry?!

Question: I put pulled pork in slow cooker but it seems to be a little dry?
What can i add to it to make it less dry? The ingredients i put already are slow cooker package.. brown sugar and vinegar

Answers:

Water, beer, chicken broth, bbq sauce...anything to add moisture.

If you used a cut of meat other than pork butt (shoulder) or shank, you won't be able to add anything to the meat to moisten it. The better cut of meat you slow cook, the drier it comes out. You're supposed to use the cheapest cuts of meat (pork or beef) for very moist slow-cooked meat. If you did use butt or shank, you'll have to add some kind of sauce to it to moisten it up.

Not sure what slow cooker package is, but unless it's a fatty cut of pork, like a pork butt, you'll need a bit of oil like vegetable, canola, or light olive.

A little it of beer, are you going to put bbq sauce in at the end? If you are put the beer in then, if not put the beer now.

depending on what your making.........

for bbq: beer, cola, bbq sauce with 1/2 bottle of water

for anything else just use water or a fluid you are going to use during cooking

There needs to be another liquid in it... perhaps an oil? Vegetable, olive, canola... :)

Add about 1/2 can of beer to the crock-pot. The pork will be wonderful!

add water

I put a cup of broth chicken or beef and like half a bottle of BBQ sauce and it comes out very moist
