Soup recipe--need to convert oz to ml?!

Question: Soup recipe--need to convert oz to ml?
Alright, this recipe I'm using calls for 2/3 of an ounce of cornstarch. I have no way to measure that, so I thought that if I can convert 2/3 of an oz into ml I can try to measure it out with teaspoons or tablespoons. Does anyone know what 2/3 of an oz is in ml?

Here's the recipe I'm using if you'd like to see the source:

You convert liquids to mls,dry goods to grms.
So 2/3 oz is a tad over 18 grms
