What can I make for dinner with egg noodles, canned salmon and cream cheese?!

Question: What can I make for dinner with egg noodles, canned salmon and cream cheese?
I have plenty of seasonings. Im not sure if this will help but I also have cooked artichoke hearts, cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, frozen meatballs, chicken broth and a hell of an appetite!

Thank you!

Answers:

i would make the canned salmon into salmon patties (like crab cakes) butter the noodles and eat the artichokes as a veggie

I think I would try a casserole with the salmon similar to a tuna noodle casserole. Cook the noodles and mix in salmon and chopped artichoke hearts. Then make a cheese sauce. In a sauce pan melt two tablespoons of butter, stir in two tablespoons flour to make a roux and then add two cups of milk stirring until the mixture starts to thicken. Then stir in about a cup of shredded cheddar cheese and a couple of ounces of cream cheese and stir until the cheese melts. Add the cheese sauce to the noodle mixture, pour into a greased baking dish, sprinkle some cracker crumbs or bread crumbs on top and bake for about a half an hour at 350 degrees.. You might add some ground pepper before baking and maybe even some chopped onion if you have any.

Put cream cheese, 1/2 C milk and 1/4 C margarine in a pan and keep stirring until melted and smooth (look and see if you have 3/4 C of Parmesan to add as well). Cook your noodles and drain add can of salmon and heated cream cheese mixture and stir until salmon is heated. Season it as you like, S&P for sure. If you have anything like peas or mushroom I would add them. I guess if you cook and chop the artichoke hearts that wouldn't be too bad. This is going to be a pretty rich meal. You may want some toasted bread as well.
