Bertoli definitely.

Bertolli is better, but home made is best and it is very easy. I have a copy cat recipe for Olive Garden's alfredo sauce that is easy.
In a sauce combine one stick of butter, 1 pint heavy cream (whipping cream is fine), and 2 ounces cream cheese and heat until butter and cream cheese are melted. Stir in 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese (not the kind in the shaker top jar, the packaged kind with the regular cheeses) and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and continue to heat and stir until the cheese is melted and combined. and starts to thicken.

Why not make your own ??
Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

Well I finally figured out how to get that taste. Let the sauce simmer as long as you can!
1 pint of Heavy Cream
1 stick of butter
2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
1/2 - 3/4 C. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Garlic powder

In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer this until all is melted, and mixed well. Add the Parmesan cheese and Garlic powder. Simmer this for 15 - 20 minutes on low. You may wish to season with a little salt and pepper. I have done this with half and half, but we prefer the heavy cream. But I wouldn't try it with plain milk.

let the sauce simmer about an hour or so.
ke your own ??
