As said, 20 minutes per pound is ideal. Make sure you cook your stuffing separately! Stuffing increases cooking time. Increased cooking time can dry your turkey. Also, if it takes longer than 4 hours to cook turkey, it becomes unsafe to eat.
Approximately 20 minutes per pound unstuffed, so, that's a total of 3 1/2 hours or so.
