Question about food for the superbowl?!
Answers:
I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. I try to work out and stay fit and eat healthy.
But doing that kind of thing once in a while wont hurt you if you're on a workout plan.
A wise man (Chad Ochocinco) once said, "If you eat what you want and you work out the way you're supposed to, then you won't have any problems"
No you should not go without eating the next day just because you ate something you should have. You could just workout harder than usual to burn it off. If you don't eat the next day you'll be very hungry and you'll just want to eat even more, thus you'll consume more calories. It is ok to give in to temptation for just one day, it won't hurt that much if you only do it once, it what you want and enjoy the game.
if you can't stop at eating only a bit of it...then try to stay away from that food choice*
Yo'u've done great and can induldge once in a while, then work extra hard at fitness during the next week.....pace yourself, have a lil bit of everything but DONT OVER induldge* then get back ontrack*
have fun at the superbowl*party
If you eat well all the time, one day of moderate indulgence will not be a big deal. It will not make you gain weight or undo all of your strict dieting.
Adding some extra exercise is fine, but don't starve yourself the next day. It's better to just eat normally the next day.
the best thing is to not overthink it, just graze over it as much as you want, and try a little of everything, at least once, but only take one thing at a time, this gives you a chance to visit and walk it off as you go, and you won't feel so full, by have one helping..i find it easier to stay satisfied if i eat more during the day, just less of it, then i do if i eat a big meal all at once..and it has helped me maintain pretty much the weight i want to be, that is a feel good weight
