Question: Macaroni Grill or Stonewood?
Hello,

I live in the Tampa area and I'm looking for a restaurant for an 18th birthday. I'm looking for more of a semi-formal to formal dinner/atmosphere. Price doesn't matter. Food quality is most important, then atmosphere, then service.

Any suggestions?
