healthier than a lot of other things. Depends on what you put in there. pasta isn't that good for you but you just about have to put something like that in there, maybe some peas or veg all. I'll say you could eat a lot worse



Unfortunately I don't think it's very healthy. All you get out of it is Protein. The sodium is quite high. But it is quite tasty!

It depends on how you make it. Yes the soup can make it a big heavy on the sodium side, but if you use low fat low sodium soup or make your own quick one using canned or re-hydrated dried mushroom mixed with a little broth or bullion, a little low fat milk, heated and thicken with corn starch.
What doesn't help with calories is when you add things like a melted cheese topping or buttered bread crumbs.



It's usually fairly healthy. It depends on what else is in it. Some people use lots of fat in the sauce, If it uses canned cream-of-whatever soup, then it's high in sodium.

Just keep the portion small and it'll be fine.



Tuna salad is better because there are no noodles. Pasta isn't all that great for us. If you insist on including noodles in your recipe opt for whole grain pastas.
