Can you freeze antipasto vegetables that you buy in the deli section at the supermarket?!

Of course you can, but I wouldn't eat them after I did. They will be terrible! Since many are pickled anyway they will keep for several days in the refrigerator. Make sure they are well covered and with as little air as possible around them, i.e., squeeze the air out of any storage bag you may be using.
