Porridge eater???????!
I love my porridge :) what would happen if i had plain porridge with skim milk for breakfast lunch and dinner? anything? would I gain weight? maintain weight? lose weight? :) xx

It would depend on how much of it you ate, and for how long. If you're talking about what Americans call oatmeal, you'd probably lose weight but you might also develop a vitamin deficiency if that was ALL you ate.
