Why will happen if I put cooked oats in a baking trey and cooked them in the oven?!
I'm thinking of cooking oats on a stove with skim milk the pouring them into a baking trey and then putting them in the oven will this work to make it go like hard? and how long would I have to cook them for?

It will probably get hardish on top but still soft in the bottom. Bake it for at least 10-15 minutes and adjust the time if it isn't hard enough
