you can make cakes in the microwave oven but they don't go brown! its easy to over cook them! you can make a sponge cake or cup cakes.... as long as you use the right "bake ware" and not a metal tin!!

6 ozs SR Flour,6 ozs sugar,6 ozs Fat,3 Eggs,3 Tablespoons Milk,? teaspoon baking powder
Method
Mix sugar and fat
Add eggs
Add 2 tablespoons flour & milk, mix, ending with flour not forgetting the baking powder
Divide into 2
Microwave on medium for 5? minutes
