yes of course! why not.....???
but if there's any kind of pork or something, then it's definitely not Halal.
When I kept kosher, if it didn't say kosher, I assumed it wasn't. Since kosher and halal are very similar, you may want to consider this.
That said, again, just to draw parallels, friends of mine who don't eat pork for religious reasons will eat a chicken burger because in the spirit of the law, vs the letter of the law, they're eating kosher food.
You would have to find out how the Chicken was killed. In order for it to be Halal
it must be killed by a cleric or an approval of a cleric.

ask before u eat,but,if u r in doubt,better to b prepare at home,if u r a non-muslim,u will know if the package say that the meat is killed in Islamic way...then,it is HALAL.
standard store's burgers, unless marked halal, probably aren't... as they likely haven't been processed according to islamic law
