Is D'Italiano bread good for making Italian bread crumbs?!
I need to make an Italian breadcrumb recipe which calls for Italian bread and there's not really a selection for those where I live and I think D'Italiano is the only one.

I think D'Italiano is a little soft for making breadcrumbs, but if that's all you have, make it work. I would let the slices lay out on the counter to dry out a little before crumbling if you have that kind of time.
It will work fine. Just slice it up, dry them out a bit in a warm oven, and either crumble by hand or put it in the food processor. If you need more flavor, add some Italian seasoning, or a blend of garlic powder, basil, and oregano.
yes as long as you toast them first that will work well for you
