can you freeze baked goods with lemon curd in it?!

Lemon curd freezes beautifully. Make sure the baked goods are wrapped air-tight. I like to wrap them in plastic wrap and then put them in freezer containers.

Thaw them in the refrigerator (nice and slow) and you can't fail
